Let me introduce myself! With over 20 years of experience in all facets of Mortgage Lending, I have knowledge in conventional, non-conventional, government, non-prime, and hard money loans. I understand that every loan is unique and keeps an optimistic mindset.
I also have an extensive background in helping first time homebuyers, high net worth borrowers, investors, and self-employed borrowers. I am certified as a VA home loan specialist and a loan officer in several states. I hold a license as a real estate agent to keep myself aware of my client’s needs. I have a certification in Loan Processing, and Loan Sales Origination. I have been recognized for my hard work and leadership skills with several awards.
I started my career at GMAC and was awarded Rookie of the year for my first year in business with GMAC. As a previous Account Executive in business-to-business sales, I believe that relationships are what make or break her business. I take a consultative approach with every client. I am willing to go the extra mile and follow through to see that it benefits all parties involved. I do not believe that the relationship will be over after the deal is done. Being organized and diligent is something that I pride myself on.
